BNGFNL Full Node License #

• Full permanent License for one single node.
• Full number of virtual servers and targets per instance (512/1024).
• Includes one year of BalanceNG Standard Support Plan (BNGSUP).
• 2 BNGFNL are required for a dual node VRRP/HA setup.

BNGSUP One Year Standard Software Support Plan #

• Standard best effort email support package for up to 2 BalanceNG Licenses.
• Remote configuration check and snapshot analysis.
• Software updates during the validity period of 1 year, including major release upgrades.
• Any license replacement/relicensing is included.

BNGHPS One Year High Priority Software Support Plan #

• Covers support for up to 2 BalanceNG Licenses in emergency cases with high priority email+phone support, reaction time 24 hours, emergency bug fixing and workaround software builds, remote access support and diagnosis, on-site trouble shooting (without travel expenses).
• Exempts any standard software support case currently in progress.
• Includes remote configuration and snapshot analysis.
• Software updates during the validity period of 1 year, including major release upgrades.
• Any license replacement/relicensing is included.

BNGCSV BalanceNG Consulting Services #

• Consulting services on daily rates.
• Travel expenses not included.
